Overall friendly working environment. I learnt so many technical knowledge about electrical equipments and electronics equipments.

Sometimes management is not good because suddenly generate very high working pressure on workers.

It's a great company with lots or working experience in oil and gas field...the main advantage of this company is that every freshers can easily study or adapt their or others job easily, like company have all the activities like mechanical,civil,instrumentation,electrical everything...job safety in this company is v ry much advancing son we don't need to worry about it.. company's culture is also great...very helpfull to workers with their needs and wants...our management is very supportive also

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and as a global client base. As a result, i get the travel abroad.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,i have to work 20_24 hours straight in a day, sometimes late inti night.

Likes

Its average reviews. They are only Kerala people likes & they gave more increment to Kerala people compare to others Indians. They didn't permanent to any employee except some Kerala people. Also, they don't want to give any extra benefits when employed quite the company.

Dislikes

Its working styles are not good. They don't gave increment as per performance. They gave good increment only some peoples whose are came from their families or relatives or friend's group. Management do not value to others Indians.
