The company has a terrible work life balance. Management lacks planning and vision of projects and the attitude is to deliver fast than to deliver quality. These approaches makes the engineers life hell. The promotions are based mainly on how well you are connected with your boss and a little bit of working as well.

It's a great place to work. You have the freedom to think critically and experiment with new ideas and ways of working. I'm learning a lot about the nuances of selling projects.

Dislikes

Benefits are limited and the take-home salary needs some revision. However in the long term these should be addressable as the company grows

Almost forget work-life balance, pay is decent/ at par-with industry standards-maybe a notch down but definitely not up for the amt of working hours you put in.

Dislikes

At times, the tight deadlines for building POCs can put pressure on maintaining quality, requiring us to work extra hours to ensure they are completed on time. While it's challenging, it's also an opportunity to push our limits.
