Owner is very humble..GM is not good they are doing politics every time not exactly for every GM Some GM is out standing and some is playing politics...Like Passive GM New Delhi.. There is nothing about to like in working at proactive As I had to work with highly character-less, shame-less, uneducated, unqualified & unprofessional Manager Whose name is Mahipal Singh Rawat (Admin Department). Please be aware from this person as he does not even know how to talk with females. And am sure that he has past criminal records. And in proactive you will mostly find those types of people.

Everything I dislike about the working at Proactive Data Systems. Even I consider the name "proactive Data systems" is not a company name it is a abusive word which creates humiliation to write in a Resume as an experience.
