Skilled & qualified doctors (few of them) Skilled and qualified employees (few of them) Infrastructure.

Dislikes

No proper employee care and respect. No proper protocols for any operations in the organisation. No appraisals (if given a rise, will be according to your bond with management) More people act like working than actually working. Immature, under qualified, inexperienced higher management. Exploit employees a lot.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
