Company is very honest and informative from the first and it is in the agreement that they do not provide salary while in training. Not sure, why some people complain after agreeing and joining for this condition. Company always paid me on time and never had any problem and they paid what I have agreed. This company is far better than the most companies for relaxed environment and career growth. This is a start-up and what else we want as an employee. People do not understand that company is a business and not a charity. Love this company that they never put a pressure but encourage us for better results and environment is like a family. When my colleague left the job after giving proper notice and handed all the equipment back and they have received all the reference and exp letter. But there was a situation back in 2021 where the employee did not give any notice and stole company laptop, company did not provide any reference and exp letter which is fair. How can you expect when you cheated a company. Not only this, but no other company will provide. Company taught a lesson to that rouge employee. Over all, I would love to continue my whole career in this company.

...he business have no idea what it is. 3 meetings per day and micro management. They pressurize employees there is no growth for career or they do not hike your salary. When employee leaves the company they just do not provide them any experience letter. They ask you to leave when they want, they never appreciate your contribution. Worst management it is so unprofessional and unethical.

I'm happy working with prize InfoTech for its friendly environment and work culture. I would recommend prize InfoTech for its flexible work timings and for the environment for mutual trust and for a very good motivational and good coordination with colleagues and management as well.

Don't Join this company worst start up company that you could see in the recent times don't get the fool by seeing positive review it is written by Team lead cum manager because he has no other work he is just doing time pass.
