We receive our salary on time though it is a startup company, this company helps freshers to start their career and motivates them to achieve their aim

Very nice company to work with. Management is very supportive and provides you all the tools and training we required. Company is very honest and informative from the first and it is in the agreement that they do not provide salary while in training. Not sure, why some people complain after agreeing and joining for this condition. Company always paid me on time and never had any problem and they paid what I have agreed. This company is far better than the most companies for relaxed environment and career growth. This is a start-up and what else we want as an employee. People do not understand that company is a business and not a charity. Love this company that they never put a pressure but encourage us for better results and environment is like a family. When my colleague left the job after giving proper notice and handed all the equipment back and they have received all the reference and exp letter. But there was a situation back in 2021 where the employee did not give any notice and stole company laptop, company did not provide any reference and exp letter which is fair. How can you expect when you cheated a company. Not only this, but no other company will provide. Company taught a lesson to that rouge employee.
