Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only you get salary on time.which is very less

Dislikes

Terrible office politics. You can only survive if you able to oil your boss n HR. They will not even leave your personal life for gossips. They only hire freshers n expect from them to create Rock Science. N forget about weekend. If you say no to work on weekend you will make you to resign, they will not fire you
