Good collegues and seniors Weekly 4 days office(Officialy)

1. They didn't pay a single rupee. 2. Unschedule meetings. 3. There was no time sense. Anyone can call you at any times. As a start-up company they should follow some rules like employee's privacy Schedule their meetings properly so that any can plan their work accordingly.

The CEO have a good personality. People who work there were all amazing .

The CEO must focus on securing funding and acquiring clients in order to provide salaries for their employees. It is crucial to recognize that hiring unpaid employees is not a sustainable approach for company growth. Paid employees are more committed to their jobs and tend to approach projects with greater dedication and seriousness.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
