1. They didn't pay a single rupee. 2. Unschedule meetings. 3. There was no time sense. Anyone can call you at any times. As a start-up company they should follow some rules like employee's privacy Schedule their meetings properly so that any can plan their work accordingly.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
