Every thing in this company is worst, management, salary timing, work Culture every thing. Salary not given on time if you go on leave than your payment is hold ... I left company in 2017 that time my payment balance for 2mnth not given yet. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
