...o proper process is followed. - No benefits for employees. - No flexible time. - Salary growth is very very poor compared to market standards. - Every year appraisal is fix: 4K to 6K. They can't go beyond that. - No proper projects. You can work on some old projects which have some minor feature changes other than that Manager is not interested in Mobile projects. So if you are mobile dev, your growth is stagnant. - Promotions only for favourites. If you stay till 8-9 PM without doing much work, then you're Star performer for management. If leaving on time with completion of tasks then you're not doing much. - Below par knowledge management. Even in terms of technical knowledge the team doesn't have knowledge about current market. - RANDOM MANAGERS ARE PICKED FOR ANY TECHNOLOGY EVEN IF THEY DON'T HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THAT DOMAIN. THAT SCREWS THE DEVS MORE THAN ANYTHING.

Management is so poor and Leader/Manager don't have enough skill at that position and other person don't get the opportunity because of they don't leave their position and since long time stay at same organisation.

5 or 6 round of interview and after that they need to reschedule interview with VP Such vesting time and energy in HR policy. It's fine to work with small agency, they we will get some value.

Management of the company is very well structured and the employee policies are very good. Work friendly environment, extra activities and entertainment is also good. You will get the sense of belonging while working here.

Dislikes

Company should buy a microwave 😋. Other than that, I love working in my company.
