The founder is really a nice person. Though it's a sole proprietorship firm, he manages everything quite well. And looks after everyone as his own family member.

Dislikes

Though it's a proprietorship firm, sole decision making authority is with the owner. Hence, it limits the possibility of exposure to new competitive market.
