...s only their degree is counted, not experience. System has been very biased now. pHD holders got entry with higher pay but doesnot have any skill. PBL is handed over to wrong hands.

Politics, Union, No job security, Low salary and no overtime you have to work daily min for 11 12 Hrs but no any overtime ... Company MD is too busy in organization expansion n union people get increment. cant have any time for home responsibilities.

Good for freshers who needs relevant experience in initial stage of their career Automated plant but requires lot of manule handling For beginner this will give enough experience of various chemical unit operations and process eg. Reator, distillation column etc.

Dislikes

No canteen facility on site. Have to suffer in night shift. Poor traveling facilities provided ( wore out vehicles ) No one guides / traines new joinee. Seen trend of people leaving company because of worst work culture and lack of accountability from upper management.

I am exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally & personally. I enjoyed the collaborative environment in my work place . working with knowledgeable & supportive collogues not only boots productivity but also makeseach day enjoyable .

Dislikes

No adequate employee performance evaluation & appreciation on good job .Due to inadequate performance appraisals, deserving employees try to switch to another company.
