Not trust there employee after doing there best... And hired outsider employee who does not any product.. No any promotion given for your best work or any encouragemrnt

The Company have great vision of "Micro Inputs, Macro Impact with zero residue" in agriculture fraternity. I am proud that, am heading the new product development part with this sustainable vision. Work environment is very positive, colleagues are helpful and enthusiastic.

Very bad experience in career. No HR role. No full& Final settlement after eight months. Only "use n throw" culture .

Business is in hand of Non-professional persons having No agriculture background. Only they use the people and throw them out after solving their purpose. No world-wide balance . Need to spend employees money for atleast four months to meet travel expenses.Overall bad organisation for employees.
