Poor management and HR policies are all against the employees HR Nikita is very bad she only likes gossiping and backbitching about others Two managers Pradeep and Mahendra are the worst managers and they have spoiled the company culture for the worst

Honest Review of Privi Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. Privi Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. has the potential to be a great company, but unfortunately, its management, particularly Dr. Mahendra Yeole, makes it a highly toxic workplace. While the company itself has a strong foundation and good business prospects, the work environment is marred by poor leadership, lack of professionalism, and an abusive managerial approach. One of the biggest issues is the toxic work culture. Employees are subjected to constant stress, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of proper communication from the management. Instead of fostering a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere, the leadership relies on fear and intimidation, making it difficult for employees to perform at their best. Dr. Mahendra Yeole, in particular, is known for his unprofessional and abusive behavior, creating a hostile work environment that drains employee morale. Another critical issue is the company’s failure in maintaining safety standards. Workplace safety is not taken seriously, and employees often find themselves working in hazardous conditions without proper precautions. The management’s negligence in this regard puts the well-being of workers at risk, which is completely unacceptable. A responsible company should prioritize the safety and health of its employees, but that does not seem to be the case here. Despite these problems, Privi Biotechnology as a company has potential—the products, vision, and overall business model are promising. However, the current management is making things worse instead of improving them. If the company wants to retain talent and grow in the long run, it must take immediate action to reform its leadership, improve work culture, and prioritize employee well-being. Until these fundamental issues are addressed, I would not recommend Privi Biotechnology Pvt. Ltd. to professionals looking for a positive, growth-driven, and safe work environment.

Nothing to like at privi biotechnologies other than canteens rest and several time spent at reception bench

Dislikes

While working at pbpl I felt to be persecuted at every instant of time.peoples just comes to earn and spend a day anyhow without any learning and doing something knowledgeable and skillfull . There are two managers on of which is Dr Mahendra yeole who is nothing but general dyer and other one is pradeep yelave who is the hitler both uses velgur abusive languages to the employees .Mahendra yeole is even worst he is completely failed as an manager and to hide his own failure he torture he's employees and aslo to the people's of other departments, behaves like an watchman roams everywhere and keeps taunting employees about salary and degree he don't even knows English language. Speaks like a joker 😂 While speaking about safety which foremost important aspect of any chemical company privi biotechnologies is completely failed.not even gloves are available, solvents barrels are kept in unsafe manner, hydrogen cylinders are just next to the solvent area and this is horrible. No proper drainage system no ventilation to the labs just felt like working at dumping ground but irony is hr will always keeps insisting to wear formal that's a joke 🤣 Other than dr Mahendra yeole and pradeep yelave few more managers are there of other teams like biomass, fermentation, protein hydrolysis. They are still having some good qualities like not using abusive language atleast thenk God 😍 Dr priya Pandey is new as an manager so lacks some managing skill and also does partiality amongst teammates in case shift schedules work load and etc but overall she is better as far as privi biotechnologies culture is concerned Though privi is large group pbpl is not good physical mental health and also form learning perspective.

Manager's are useless. Mr Mahendra yeole and Mr Pradip Yelave makes toxic work culture. No Safety protocols are followed here. Even they don't have fire extinguisher on required places. Their reseption area is the only place which is they are maintaining clean but actual work place is the worst, some employee's working in Sewer like situation, They don't have proper water drainage system. No job security.
