...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The work pressure is high. Compensation will not give .job satisfaction is less. Our growth is slow. But, we will learn all the patient procedures. Easy to take treatment for us.

The private healthcare sector is dominated by a number of large organisations with multiple facilities.

Dislikes

Personally, I don’t mind the hospital setting. It’s draining, though. 10 hour work days start to get pretty exhausting after a while.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
