The work pressure is high. Compensation will not give .job satisfaction is less. Our growth is slow. But, we will learn all the patient procedures. Easy to take treatment for us.

Doctor run set up. They don’t discuss numbers . Till resignation notice and only till then, pay will be paid within 20days of next month

Dislikes

No difference between those who don’t work and those who work. Same pay for both

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The private healthcare sector is dominated by a number of large organisations with multiple facilities.

Dislikes

Personally, I don’t mind the hospital setting. It’s draining, though. 10 hour work days start to get pretty exhausting after a while.
