I love private company even I work as a sales executive.but boss behavior was so dominating.he was like that why should u late...he won't understand anyone's problems.so I DNT like private company..every boss is not good ND every private company is not good..private company is good that's why lots of people's work private company...

Company exposes its employees to new learning and development of some hard core skills that are in tune with practical working environment throughout private firms.

Dislikes

The company somehow condones and promotes negative competitive environment and unethical inhuman approach leads to exhaustion of motivation of employees.
