Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working schedule and Timing,Team support, leaves, Fixed Sunday off, allowances, on time salary, MD and Project Head always appreciate everyone for their excellence and believe in positive working environment, Employee Health and Safety, social responsibility. I enjoyed while working there.

Dislikes

If Designing team start respecting to Project Execution team Them it will create a positive environment and healthy mindset and project timeline can be achieved easily.

I find company to be goal oriented. I liked their approach to achieve their vision. Having experience of studio environment I found myself not fit for the position as what was expected of me was something I wasn't happy to work with.

Company work culture is fabulous. All the seniors are very supportive. It is good place for working as well as increasing our skill development.
