If Designing team start respecting to Project Execution team Them it will create a positive environment and healthy mindset and project timeline can be achieved easily.

Likes

I find company to be goal oriented. I liked their approach to achieve their vision. Having experience of studio environment I found myself not fit for the position as what was expected of me was something I wasn't happy to work with.

Less interaction with the teams.

Company work culture is fabulous. All the seniors are very supportive. It is good place for working as well as increasing our skill development.

At this very point i couldn't find anything which will create negativity for the company.
