pritam not a company its like a old type KARKHANA means where u work only for money; always ready for any punishment such as abuse words by MD and other Seniors and not provide document related to job such as offer later; id card ; salary slip etc. And also company run 12 hours without overtime with many time managment says or force to work 24 hours without any early notice and also main importent salary; company given salary after 50 days of work. So i m request to all person please not join pritam international at any condition; unemployment is better than to join pritam.

Here there are 50-60 parties for whom the company does job work, that's why a lot of work experience is available here and its speed develops.

Dislikes

Here the increment is very less and after a long time the salary also does not provide much.

Work environment is good. Teammates are supportive. They give good salary hike and good bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but growth is slow.

Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and build confidence as you get involved in working for Many MNC's As a third Party Manufacturing Pritam is Good in managing system n compliances and always ready to invest to improve the quality culture as well as productivity.

1. No clear path for career progression 2. Lack of leadership in Many key area's like HR Policies, Employee engagement, work life balance, Employees long terms benefit 3. More focused on person dependent in place of system dependent 4. Working Hours 5. Unnecessary paper work

Every thing is ok rest of working culture and interference in al areas and that's Why no one is working smoothly and safely. Working hours also not acceptable for every one I means duty hours should be 8 hrs for smooth working environment
