...layoff process, they never evaluate the performance before kicking off employee. Just looking at the salary, if your salary is high staying in company for quit long you are eligible for layoff, what ever you had done good for the company never considered.

Salary comes on time that's the only thing everyone likes nothing apart from that

... even if you're sick or on holiday you've to remotely work doesn't matter what.. less salary in terms of compitition... No HR policy if your manager want they can fire you anytime.. if you're not following what your manager is saying you'll be in trouble even if you are given your opinion on same.. one can not get in any discussion with manager if you're low performing.. but if you're high performing then manager also can't do anything they've to listen... Doesn't want to mention this but have to ( Girls are getting more benefits in every team ) don't know the exact cause of this but every team member is facing the same.. if you're hard working and doing 25 surgery someone from higher management will give 15 surgery to girl they'll achieve 30 and everyone will say look how hard working is she.. your work will not get noticed... Many things are their which cannot be explained here.. but if you ask me I'll not suggest ever to join Pristyn Toxic Care anyday anytime... Stay away find some good company

It was best time to get job so immediately in pristyn care as a care coordinator, salary on time , lunch will be provided, one day off

Very headache company I had ever worked , bad target , rude behaviour of managers and team leaders , team members are like hell, always take your credit, 10 hours strict timmings , no job security, anytime they can give you PIP , talktime, weekoff is only for name , talktime and all time meetings at the end of going at home , hell

... delivered a task ,Managers will never appreciate you ,only the older employees.Hrs will make false statement about salary and appraisals.

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

Dislikes

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok. Aggressive deadlines and hustle is OK but not at the cost of hurting the business itself. Priorities are changed overnight. Founder should go to the ground to understand challenges. They don't accept that there is a problem, they will say you are lying and trying to run away. Why would I?
