...ounders are crazy...those who do buttering can survive..ino work life balance...all 7days u need to work and salary is too low....guys pl b jobless instead of working in Pristyn..this wont do any value addition in ur CV. Mandeep, garima harsimarbir and vaibhav..worst people to work with..abusive environment

Salary on time. Air conditioning is good.

Negative work environment. No one is supportive including seniors. Limited lunch (finish within 10-15 min) Powder and high sugar tea and coffee No work life balance (10 hours fixed timings and expects more than that even on holidays.) Charging for vehicle parking

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

Dislikes

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok. Aggressive deadlines and hustle is OK but not at the cost of hurting the business itself. Priorities are changed overnight. Founder should go to the ground to understand challenges. They don't accept that there is a problem, they will say you are lying and trying to run away. Why would I?

There is no work life balance People takes credit of what u do and put all blames on BDs and Manager In most of the cases they wont let u to interact with higher authority Not a good place to work with
