Toxic work culture, no personal life, they want only no of surgeries which is totally wrong and their base target is 18 surgeries which is totally wrong we cnt force to any patient for surgery but company is money minded, If u dnt do surgeries then they make u to work atleast 12 to 14hrs and dnt gv week off easily and no extra Rs for extra work. And doctors also told dnt join prystin care bcz if doctor will say there will be little chance for surgery thn patient k pche pdjte ha for surgery. In practo atleast istra k n ha ki patient ki aafat krdo so plz dnt join

...w died because of pristyn care. His family chose pristyn care for his treatment. But at the hospital, they said they don't admit pristyn care patients and need to pay again in the hospital. Also, they don't provide any emergency service, or timely doctor availability which takes the life of my nephew. A person's family who was gone through this situation can only understand it. You believe someone for someone's life and it cheated. On that day I decided to leave the company because I don't want to work for a company who doesn't care about patients. When my uncle asked me what type of company is who killed my son I have no answer. Remember if you don't care about someone's life just because of your job, one day maybe the same will happen to you or your family. After all, as a human being don't work for any company who plays with someone's life. Who killed people

I worked with pristyn care for 6months and i enjoyed the company of my teammates and enjoyed alot ..!

Pristyn care is a company which can fire anyone anytime and they even hold the salary of employees for 45days and if someone is not from local area and staying in gurgaon and if any company will fire you at the sudden and if you’re not having any financial backup support you’ll be in a big trouble and I’m facing the same issue right now ..!! And hence my career is finished now thankyou so much to my managers for firing me and putting me in a terrible situation..just 2-3 days are left for getting my salary ..!! And at that time they fired me ..!! I’m in Hopeless situation right now ..want to commit suicide ..!! Haarsh reality of pristyn care ..!!
