Everything is average. It was an ok place to work if you're a male where you will learn to juggle and handle multiple tasks. If you're into technical then it's a place where you can learn a few lessons here and there during your service.

Dislikes

No POSH and no limits on their nosy behaviour towards employees' personal life and affairs. It's a 50-50 risk on their confrontation of any SH for female workers if they are highly presentable. HR or HRD or HR Policy is just a temporary magic entity. Above that comes the job security unless you favour the management for all their requests or become their influencer's side kick.
