Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Persons who are joined fresher or 2 to 3 years experience will learn so many things in work wise.the work is in depth.we learn how to maintain the records and accounts in a systematic manner.it is very helpful to employee career growth.Finally prism steel mills is the good platform to learn the work.

Dislikes

Timings is over.morning 8 am to evening 8pm some times more than that.Food is average.Mainly the factory premises like staff quarters and canteen always filled with dust.Not maintaining good. This company didn't think about the employees.Salaries they told quarterly once.they will deposit in the employee account on 4th month ending
