Daily allowance & Petrol expense is very low compared to other companies. No other benefits other than this. If you are new to this company and you have added some customers but you will definitely will have bad relations with your customers because you can’t supply material to your customer on time, because of bigger and older Sharks in this company, they prefer large volume and give priority to them. You will have to work in midnight also whenever necessary.

There was job security as long as you buttered the higher ups well.

Females are not given enough recognition. New ideas are never given priority. Salary wise increments are not good. The company thrives on 80% politics. Higher management comprises of only elder people, recognition of young generation at higher up levels is zero.

I couldn't say I like anything in this company because atmosphere is very bad and politics happens always.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. HR n Management involve every politics and they are support every wrong people and wrong things. Like jiski lathi uski bhais.

HR for Karnataka is not good, No FNF will be given timely, they dnt give relieving letter, No Experience letter they give, All this will come at with FNF, BUT they dnt give FNF on time, Worked for 3 years and in notice period and last working day they didn't given respect for a employee which has to given, Even after so many request HR doesn't give FNF. No ex employee will suggest this company, In market all other company employees say never go for johnson if you get good hike also,

Training Good, Salary in time 1st of every month it's good for employes, yes learning good.

Dislikes

Very bad experiance in teammates, no career growth, lots of travelling and no proper way to travell, there are lots of politics, work environment wrost 0 level, no innovation, no work life balance
