They are having mostly franchise plant in Bangalore region and they are the worst. Franchise people won't support at all. Plant team is stuck all the time. Franchise team will not spare any manpower for Basic things like stock checking and plant cleaning. Everyday they will fight over everything. Overall its the worst company in my career
Waste of time working this company under Suresh and Narender.

Mental harresmenent.
Narender never cometo duty every month 15 days minimum and signs all attendance at once. I refer non to join this company on Suresh n narendra
Top management, Especially CEO politics. Over a period, employee lost confidence on their career future, bcz of office politics. Current CEO took the company to a proprietary company standard..No one got job guarantee!.. In daily meetings, CEO publically shouting on employees and threatening !
No hierarchy follows. No one has a power or control. In Chennai totally waste zone head behave like a owner of the company and too much of attitude. No work culture. No work life balance. He Misleading all team members. He always speaks with girls and aunties in his cabin. Don't join and don't spoil your life. No learning and no growth. Simply waste.
