Management people plays an cheap tricks, Worst experience, hire fresher to drill, salary was not provided at right time, there is high politics played here, On the job training is not given to new joinees, huge pressure starts on joining date, management doesn't address our issue, there employees receive offer letter after 6~12 months, no respect towards employees. Employees are pointed out for every mistake even it's not done a person/employee.
