Transparency in work.teammates are supportive, salary structure is not good,free of cost conveyence,there is many innovative work for paper less work.Company is doing many innovative work for transparency.up to 3 lac medical insurance for family.poor increments with PLI, Company is appriciating EET and giving promotion every year 3-4 Year experience degree holder person promoted as Manager while 9-10 years experience degree holder person working as Deputy manager

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture is good, they give huge incentives according to your performance and also bonus every year, Allowances are better.

Job security is not satisfactory, work culture is good, management is well, and company prolicies are good, appraisals are not fair,, increments and promotions not given timely,salary structure need to revised, bonus given every year.

Apart from timely salary there is nothing good. You won't be able learn new thing 24*7 work culture

There was no structural development programme for employee. Too much work pressure and will not even lead you focus on other development activities or in personal life.
