Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The. Company was good. I love the fact that i was a part of the company. It was a good work environment, learnt lot of things. Staff was helpful and we worked happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but work pressure was very high. Sometimes i had to work 12- 13 hours straight in a day.
