Boss is very good. But other staff and senior persons are not good. Specially Ms. Deepa and Pratiksha erogent. The company shows they are corporate but company was not gives you facilities like corporate. I prefer to you please send the fresher person for learning that's it. No more words.

... good. Increase only Rs. 500, 800 or 1000 buks after one year that was not good. Salary was on time no issues. Work life was horrible due to pressure. Carrier growth zero.

Everything, namely- 1. Salary cycle is very bad 2. No job security 3. They are themselves clueless with what work the employee needs to do, when asked for they terminate you. 4. Working life balance is 0(zero) 5. Leave structure is bad 6. Small company and are not open to adapt as per market, you will feel you are back in school, where in each and every step of yours is monitored. 7: long working hours with limited break. 8. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION TO WORK WITH.

The environment is lively and positive. Everyone is warm and especially my team mates from the online department. They're always looking for ways to march forward and motivate their employees.

Just that it's Monday to Saturday
