Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

During interview they will give u the good package with all benefits and role but finally after joining or at the day of joining all will be changed

If anyone is getting job opening from print care India pvt Ltd please do not accept the offer as my own experience I have been recruited for sales customer service support but the role which was given to me was totally different and frequent change of departments. One who is willing to come up in career kindly do not accept the offer.
