Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I like only designing work.

Dislikes

They never value their employees, never appreciate. They create false proofs against hard working and honest senior employees and take resignation forcefully from senior employees and management trust false proofs blindly. This is worst. New hr manager and asst. Manager of day shift are creating this against employees. They are making value of the company down. No one can take action against them.

In this organization culture is very bad you feel like you are going school. Always work under pressure, management is pathetic, here is no growth, the upper level people not understand employee problem.
