This is my worst experience working with princeware. Salary always late by 10-15 days. Director of this company is bullying the workers all time. Many of the staff was told to give resign.

Salary never given on time…. lots of peoples FNF not given yet.. this is bad experience at all. Every desicion taken by MD and MD don’t have idea about ground level think.

Before 3 years this company was good for working but now no current employees will recommend to join here.

No Salary day defined and employees exp is delayed by 5 months and all decisions is taken by only MD and No motivation here at all. No HR culture here and he he doesn't know about like when salary would get released of employees and all. If you have nothing to join anywhere then join Princeware.

No career growth, no challenging work , no learning environment, no management, no perfect timing work, completely lack of management for anything and everything.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but but career growth is slow.
