One sided listener's,Management will not support to the right and Correct person's and work harder's, They don't know how to support loyal employees

I had spent 1+yr But, i didn't like anything.Just i had done my job with loyalty But, Management didn't support me. When i want justice B'coz, i had given complaint against few people over there, regarding Mental Harrasment
