...less owner of the hospital 🏥. No management of the hospital. Egoistic people. No salary on time even didn't pay my 3months salary after I was work 8yrs on same hospital.

I just completed one year as of now I don't get any benefits due to which I have given avarage rating for appraisal. We will not find any learning hear because we will work for a client

We will not get good package max 30% we will get.

They will start deduction of gratuity from day one. They will deduct one day salary in every month. When your time come for increment then they will hire other candidate
