Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Salary hikes,appraisal,skills development. There are also no rules and regulations like a corporate one, and they also don't provide ESI PF

For fresher, one will get the worst conditions without payment on time and deduction of salary on time.

They won't give leave, but if you want a leave then they will deduct the salary. And the conveyance and food expenses discussed would be given Rs.1 per km for transport and at a price of petrol Rs.72/ltr. and bike mileage is 50km/ltr. And for food they changed their rules.
