Salaries are not crediting on time , and delaying for months .there is no job security here with any prior notice people are getting fired because of there own financial problems..

Starting from job security to work life balance Primor consultancy has given it's employee's the flexibility to work in a secured environment. I had good growth in my career and satisfaction in my work.

Employee's are always into work they need to communicate much with other teams and also have fun day in a month to see that the complete organization is growing positively...

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
