Highly job insecurity. Politics of old and senior employees, will not give WFH on your medical emergency too but senior and old employees take WFH every week just for rest and spending time with family. PM and TL is not in sync and at last blame come to the developer

They can remove you anytime , they will never take your request and sort your issues. Never join such small companies like this who don’t have any vision to grow and enhance work culture
