Primeone is the best place to work. The work culture within the company is good. Management is good. Company policies are better. Overall my experience working with the company is very good.

...he company on Sept 2020. I can not say about the job security and career growth. To date, I have not completed one year of service so can not say about salary increment/appraisal.

Absolutely no contact with company. No emails on joining or regarding any changes made in out pay.

The lack of proper communication between us and them. Got no emails regarding our hike or joining. No updates whatsoever.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on sit traval is completely dependent on your project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
