On-Time salaries Amazing incentives for reaching the targets. Zero micromanagement Team members are really helpful. No late nights and weekends off.

I know the team size is small and it's difficult, but team outings are really needed to inculcate the sense of team during these remote working times.

Founders are very nice, helpful, polite and motivating. Tremendous growth opportunities and skill development (got to learn a lot in a very short period). Great place for someone who is patient, self-sufficient and can/want to work in a fast paced startup environment where you have to wear many hats.

Dislikes

Engineering team is too small. Sometimes requirements are somewhat ambiguous but if one is smart and motivated enough to ask the right questions then it won't be an issue
