Salary is good and HR policies are good. But it would be better if its not just on papers. HR activities are good. Perks and Benefits are good.

Dislikes

Managers doing Micromanagement can be bugging at most of the times. Work pressure and no work life balance makes it difficult. Salary hike and designation change will be based on your relationship with the manager and not on your skills and hardwork. If he is pissed off with you despite efforts you will not be able to make it.

Interview experience - The interview was amazingly structured around the job role and related technologies. The interviewer emphasized more on problem solving rather than syntactical knowledge of a programming language and related to the problems that were asked during the online coding round and the take home assignment. Work environment - Amazing colleagues and seniors. Everyone is approachable and helpful. Great perks and benefits.

The work culture is amazing. The company policies are great. There is a lot to learn here and grow as a professional. The seniors and team members are always there to help and support us and encourage us.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes as such. but I can say that sometimes the work pressure is high.

The learning is boundless. You learn to ask smart questions. You learn things by example and under proper guidance. No spoon feeding and full focus on being productive.

Likes

Joined here after leaving Cognizant. Felt like I'm free now. No micromanagement. Only morning status calls and evening scrum calls. Got a chance to interact with people from other countries like UK and US. Overall it has been great till now.
