Poor management they don't know how to work, even they don't have sence how to talk with staff, unnecessary salary deduction, salary hold, politics, life is change in hell after joining PMSL, poor infrastructure, less knowledge, zero growth

Likes

MD of the company having very good knowledge and I learn lot from him. It was very good experience.

Dislikes

Lack of managment, unprofessional staff, work culture is political, no job security (you can terminated any time if some one raise any issue against you, without any clarification). Lack of trust on employees, culture of the company is backbiting.
