Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...ty, out of 400 employees, maximum 5-6 members only put resignations in a year. salary& Increments: Prime Meiden Ltd is giving the best salary, salary date is before 7th of next month, Increments will be given on performance based. increment period is from April to March. Increments will be released in the month of April. Employees who are joined on or before Sep 30 are eligible. No Politics with good environment.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
