Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only good thing was to get salary on time .though i dont know wheather this belongs to any criteria to be termed as good as it is implied that salary should be given on time ,atleast in india .

Poor work life balance ,lack of communication ,absence of encouragement or appreciation ,lack of transperancy ,no job security .attitude of threatning ,intimidating,.undue interference in day to day clinical practice .no transperamcy in incentive payments .overall i had worst experience in my career and wont recommend anyone to join .
