Salaries are disbursed on time without any delays. The standard workweek consists of five working days. If you work on a national holiday, you will receive either payment or compensatory time off.

The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

.... Also, policies was not so impressive. Very poor management inside the company. Appraisals also was not fair and about Bonus :( Don't ever expect it from them...

No good work culture, very poor appraisals, No Bonus and not even any small gifts etc on festivals. PFT will think 100 Times before taking team to the outings.

Their ultimate moto is Pay less nd extract max work, if possible load additional work by promising hike and promotion which will never happen.

They exploit you. They won't pay you enough compared to the degree of exploitation. The upper echelons will not motivate you. If you are in night shift, the shift allowance is meager. If you are clueless about your future then you can work here for a year, watch some movies and earn just enough to survive. But there is no reason to continue working here.
