The upper management won't let you grow. Increments are just the size of peanuts. micromanagement. Promotions and credits would only go to the VPs and BU heads just like rich getting richer, poor getting poorer

Salaries are disbursed on time without any delays. The standard workweek consists of five working days. If you work on a national holiday, you will receive either payment or compensatory time off.

The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

...e, but I enjoy it as it keeps on testing my patience. Cons - Rest all are cons. Salary poor, work life balance poor, support from top management ..... Rethinking when I got hahahaha. No equality ( in terms of weekoffs. Some Dept have 2 weekoffs every week where as some have alternate sat offs???? EQUALITY stands no where. Some employees get food and night allowances... Some do not EQUALITY stands no where) Suggestion - To all respected senior managements. It's high time to review your employees. Take feedbacks and execute it or else will loose key performers one by one. We already lost few and waiting for the appraisals and we might see huge dis tym. At last no hard feelings as its completely professional.

Some team And management is too good. But one team management is worst coz they only look for their personal growth apart from team.

The management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow and salary hike is very low, appraisals are not upto tha mark and bonus are out of the syllabus.
