In the covid-19 epidemic Prime focus technology (Bangalore) has not supported us. They cut salary of there employee upto 70 percentage. I joined in this company as a fresher in January-2019 and they had 2 years bond , when I joined at that time I think that 2 years are not more enough , I will learn and time would flew but there is much learning , after completion of 1 year they had not raised our salary neither salary correction had happen and then it started pain ,I didn't get any hike after completion of 1 year , even though it's there policy written in bond paper, then covid-19 came and they got reason so they reduced my salary also , they told that there would not be hike cycle till march-2021, but I had raised my voice in march-2020 and asked with management about this issue they said we will resolved it as early as possible but now October-2020 started we are getting same reply from management , they are not increasing salary because on 7 Nov -2020 we will put resignation paper and we will leave this company we 21 fresher joined but not a single person got hike ,even though they are getting good revenue, daily new clients are joining in this company. They are playing with there employees career and growth such a worst experience I have in start of my career , If you are reading this review ,then please don't join this company.

...veloper there. My teammates were great. But that varies from project to project. My compensation was slightly above market standards and I was overall fine with everything except work life balance. My teammates would spend nights together at office during production releases. (I was just adamant to not do that). Lack of planning is a culture here and everyone is expected to abide by the same. That said, being Media & Entertainment domain, opportunities are just great and you can grow technically in varied horizontals. And again, I had the best time with awesome people I met here. I owe at least that to the organization.

...ng, nothing to learn. 24/7 work irrespective of your designation. No HR support. I had 30% PLI in my salary & received 0 for this year. No job security. There is not a single thing which I like about Prime focus.

Worst work environment. Too much politics. No growth opportunity for honest employee. The only way to grow in this organisation is to take offer letter & negotiate with manager. HR process is just for the framework

Salaries are disbursed on time without any delays. The standard workweek consists of five working days. If you work on a national holiday, you will receive either payment or compensatory time off.

Dislikes

The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.

Forget about your life , hike, growth instead work as a labour without any expectations (this is what company expects from you). Worst worst worst ...I recommend don't join if you don't want to see yourself in mental health department with in few months 😊
