Everything about it. The work culture is bad. They make you stretch for work endlessly and pay you nothing. Management is the worst I have ever seen. Managers don't have an idea about what they are doing. There is no communication between different departments. On top of it all, they throw you out one fine morning without even giving you a notice!

It's really a great company to work with good pay scale. The environment is friendly. Good place to start your career if you have a sound knowledge in English.

Growth is slow and again if you wish to stay for a longer period then it's fine. I started my career with pft but I found that the work is a bit monotonous.

You cannot expect a good salary and appraisal. Theres no carrier growth and no internal movement as well. It will be a waste in ur carrier, the time u will work here.. #politics. #worst management

...sonable (depends on the process though) ! Working environment is basically good. About salary, its not the best in the industry but can't complain either. Good company to start as a fresher and also if you're looking to work for a year or two.

They may offer contractual work, hence, no job security. Less appraisals and no growth so can't stick there for long even if you are a permanent employee.
